Fuzzy Navel Smoothie with Yogurt & Honey

If you like the Fuzzy Navel cocktail, you will love this!

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. unsweetened Almond milk
  • 4 oz. reduced calorie orange juice
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder
  • 1 cup organic frozen sliced peaches
  • ¼ cup Zero fat plain Greek yogurt - Optional
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey – Optional

Note:  If you are using unsweetened protein powder, sweeten to taste.

Blend until smooth & creamy!

Tastes like the Almond Joy Candy Bar!

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon 100% Raw Honey - Optional
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder
  • Heaping handful of coconut milk ice cubes

Blend until smooth & creamy!  Yummy and healthy!  Makes 18 0unces.

Strawberry-Nutella Smoothie

With Coconut Milk & White Chocolate  

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ c plain low-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella Hazelnut spread
  • ¼ cup of Jell-O White Chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein or use your preference of protein powder
  • If you are not using Ladyboss protein, add sweetener to taste.  Taste first!!
  • 1 cup of organic frozen strawberries

Blend until smooth & creamy!

Yummy and healthy!  Makes 1 large serving (24 0z)

This is a sweet treat with no added sugar!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • A ½ cup of orange juice
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder
  • 1 strawberry Jell-O cup – no sugar
  • A ½ cup of organic frozen mango chunks
  • A ½ cup of organic frozen peach slices
  • 6 drops vanilla extract

 

Blend until smooth & creamy!

Peaches & Cream Milk Shake

Tastes like Peach cobbler with ice cream on top

Ingredients:

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon extract
  • 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup of organic frozen sliced peaches

 

Blend until smooth & creamy!

Yummy and healthy!  Makes 18 0unces

Note:  If you use fresh peaches, the smoothie/shake will not be as thick.

Mango & Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder
  • 1 orange Jell-O cup
  • 1 cup of organic frozen mango chunks
  • 6 drops almond extract

 

Blend until smooth & creamy!

Yummy and healthy!  Makes 30 0unces

Note:  If you use fresh mango, the smoothie/shake will not be as thick.

Thin Mints Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Scoop LadyBoss LEAN Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • A few drops of mint extract – I used about 8-10 drops
  • A handful of ice cubes or almond milk cubes
  • 1 graham cracker

Blend well in a blender.  I made this milkshake with frozen almond milk cubes instead of ice cubes.  Nice rich flavor! 

Notes:  Since I use LadyBoss protein mix in my smoothies and milk shakes, I’m not sure how your beverage will taste to you.  I suggest adding a sweetener with your protein powder because LadyBoss has Stevia and fructose added.

Turtle Cheesecake Milkshake/Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 1 tsp. sugar-free caramel flavoring
  • 2 oz. fat-free cream cheese
  • 4 pecans
  • A handful of ice cubes

Blend well in a blender.

Variation:  Add 1 extra cup almond milk and 1 cup frozen strawberries.  Delicious!!

Note:  If you are using unsweetened protein powder, sweeten to taste!


Mango and Strawberry-Lemonade Smoothie

With a hint of cinnamon  

Ingredients:

  • 1-juice box - RW Knudsen Lemonade (6.75 oz) (@Amazon)
  • 1 individual strawberry Jell-O cup
  • ½ c plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Raw Honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • 1 scoop Native Path Collagen Protein or use your preference of protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups mango chunks

Blend until smooth & creamy!  Yummy and healthy!  Makes 1 large serving (24 0z)


White Chocolate Cloud Shake

 

Ingredients: 

  • 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
  • A handful of ice cubes

Blend well in a blender.Makes a 10 oz shake

Milk Variation: Use coconut or dairy milk instead of almond milk.

Note:LadyBoss Protein contains sugar.  If you are using an unsweetened protein powder, sweeten to taste!


Peaches & Caramel Milk Shake

I Love Caramel!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons caramel topping
  • 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup of organic frozen sliced peaches

Blend until smooth & creamy!  Yummy and healthy!  Makes 24 0unces

Blueberry Pom-Pom Smoothie

This smoothie is loaded with antioxidants!

Ingredients:

  • 1 individual orange Jell-O cup – supplies collagen
  • 1 cup RW Knudsen Just Pomegranate juice (find@Walmart)
  • ½ c whole milk plain Greek yogurt – (2/3 cup = 140 calories)
  • ½ tsp. Raw Honey
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein for women – or your protein powder
  • 1 cup of frozen organic blueberries

 

Blend until smooth & creamy!  Yummy and healthy!  Makes 1 large serving (24 0z)

Note:  LadyBoss Premium Protein for Women makes the smoothies taste like cake or pie.  Yummy!!


Chocolate Covered Strawberries Smoothie

A Sweet Treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – Optional
  • 1 cup of frozen organic strawberries
  • 1 strawberry Jell-O cup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Blend until smooth & creamy!

Yummy and healthy!  Makes 21 0unces!

You may use your own protein powder.  If your protein powder isn’t sweetened, you may need to sweeten to taste.  I like to use honey.  It’s healthier than sugar and artificial sweeteners.

This smoothie is packed full of antioxidants and protein

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. unsweetened Almond milk
  • 4 oz. diet cranberry juice
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder
  • ¾ cup organic frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup Zero fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pecan halves

Butterfinger Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Scoop LadyBoss LEAN Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 Tbsp.  almond butter
  • Handful of ice cubes Blend well in a blender.

I made this milkshake with frozen almond milk cubes instead of ice cubes.  Nice rich flavor!

  • Handful of ice cubes
